How to fail at almost everything and still win big.

If an author claims that he is not an expert on the topics which he has mentioned in his own book, how would you react to it? You’ll wonder whether he is being honest or is he just a fool?

When I started reading this book, I was in the same dilemma because the author of the book ,Scott Adams, admits that he has been a failure on multiple fronts of his life but he can give some unique and practical advice to the readers based on those failures. He wants the readers to compare his ideas to their own and then make a unique system to achieve success.

The book starts with the author writing about a unique disease that he suffers from which causes him voice problem. Later, he goes on to  explain all of his life’s failures thoroughly. He talks about developing a system for achieving success instead of setting goals.

In the system, he advises the readers to simplify all the challenges and tasks in their lives. He gradually explains the procedure to develop a specific system and connects the dots between all the topics.

He gives the readers a basic idea about many aspects of life like diet, health, wealth, career, technology, accounting and many more. At the same time, he doesn’t want them to be the masters of all the skills. He prefers quantity over quality and that makes him different from other authors.

The language of this book is quite simple and easy to understand. Although a few chapters are quite repetitive, you will enjoy reading this book. This book should be read by everyone who wants to read non-fiction with some interesting stories.
